I have been taking Arches Tinnitus Relief Formula for about two years. I started just a few months after the doctor diagnosed me with tinnitus. When I use it, the ringing stays at very manageable levels. Every once in a while I stop taking it just to see what will happen, and within three or four days the ringing in my ear gets noticeably louder. The very noticeable improvement in my tinnitus is either due due to a placebo effect (although, after two years of testing it out, I doubt that!) or the product really is effective. My ear ringing started suddenly in March, 2001 and was constant from the beginning. The intensity of my tinnitus has decreased since taking TRF. I still have my bad days, but overall, this product has definitely helped!
